Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returning an Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns cannot be processed if the return request was not made in advance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or not the one you ordered, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable Items
There are certain items we cannot accept returns for, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Hazardous or flammable substances

Please also note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
To receive the item you would like, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
