SHIPPING & COLLECTION INFORMATION

At The Trade Inn, we work with Courier Guy and PUDO to ensure your orders reach you safely and securely.

Order Processing & Shipping:
Orders are packaged and shipped twice a week, every Wednesday and Friday.

Please note that we are closed on Mondays and do not ship on Mondays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and packaged from Tuesday onwards, and will then be shipped on the next available Wednesday or Friday.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to easily follow your package’s journey.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and other external factors. We’ll keep you informed should there be any delays or changes affecting your order.
